Hi there, I am new to this forum.
I have been making biltong for a few months using cardboard boxes and I have a few people who are asking to be supplied commercially.
I am thinking of making a clear glass cabinet 120cm tall by 60cm wide and deep.
Six shelves to hang the meat, light at the bottom and a fan on the top.
Al the boxes I have seen only have one layer of meat. Will I be making a mistake by making a box like this?

If you are going to be making it commercially, why not invest in a proper biltong cabinet?  |
