hi there everyone, has anyone ever made cured pork meat? In spain its called "Jamon" I wonder if smaller pieces could be spiced and hang-up in the biltongbox....if anyone have tryed let us know...many thanks

Making cured pork is a fair bit different to Biltong. I suggest checking this website for recipes and methods:
